Waterproof and cushion material for automation packaging of steel coil
Waterproof cushioning laminated paperboard is consisted of both layers paperboard and plastic coating, which produces waterproof and cushioning packaging ability. It is specially developed to pack aluminum coil directly and act as the cushioning material between cold-rolled steel coil layers. Compared with the plastic protector, it can save 30% application cost.
Advantages of waterproof and cushioning paperboard:
Well work with automatic wrapping machines(produced by PESMEL or SIGNODE), packaging automation is available.
Plastic film can be coated on single or double sides, excellent waterproof ability.
Thickness 0.8-1.2mm，excellent cushioning function.
Film color is customized on request, two-color printing is available.
Conformity to RoHS Directives.
